Terms and Conditions

General

1. Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
2. No changes to orders are allowed, unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation of orders can be done within two (2) days after payment is made (inclusive of payment date), and is subjected to a 50% cancellation fee.
4. Due to printing conditions, colours of actual product may differ 5%-10% from website images.
5. Measurements provided is strictly for reference only, size of actual products may differ 5%-10%.
6. We will not be held liable for any irritation and discomfort arising from the use of our products.
7. Terms, conditions, procedures and fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

1. Full payment is required upon confirmation of order(s).
2. For ordering procedures, please refer to ‘order’.

Delivery

1. Goods are delivered through registered mail or Poslaju.
2. All postage fees are to be borne by the buyer.
3. We will not be held responsible for any goods damaged or lost during postage.
